Book Review Of Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squardron
Number of words: 378 - Number of pages: 2.... Rogue Squadron X-wing fighter group. This book switches the first-
person perspective between Corran and Kirtan Loor. While Corran and the
Rogue Squadron are off fighting TIE fighters and Star Destroyers, Kirtan is
hunting down information on the squadron and it's pilots.
Personal Reaction : I found this book a little hard to read because of the
long complicated sentences and the complex words Michael Stackpole chose
for his book. I would say the reading level would probably be around grade
11 or 12 because of the intricate words and long sentences. I liked this
book because it not onl .....

Roles In Frankenstein
Number of words: 1629 - Number of pages: 6.... can influence the actions of its people. She is held accountable for a murder she didn't commit. Judgment is passed on her prematurely. I'll admit there was evidence against Justine, and we have the advantage of knowing that she didn't do it. Justine was not exactly a pillar of the community, so some reasonable evidence and the fact that human behavior tends to view people that are in the lower-class as being guilty of something, was all that was needed. The ideology of a being a monster is different the n looking hideous and revolting.
The characters of the Doctor and the monster .....

They Shall Inherit The Earth: Loss Of Innocence
Number of words: 1574 - Number of pages: 6.... him. Michael had not
only lost his innocence by running away from home but he also lost his
innocence by convincing Sheila into thinking negative thoughts about her
father, Andrew Aikenhead, and saying such things as "they don't want us, do
they?" about her father and step mother. Although Michael had made many
mistakes as a kid, it is almost expected that kids make mistakes because
they do not know better and so therefore the loss of innocence during
childhood is not nearly as severe as the loss of innocence during the later
stages in life. Michael Aikenhead had not only lost his inno .....

He attracts the people with his storytelling and his sermons, which are pleasing to them, “By God, I hope I shal yow telle a thyng / That shal by reson been at youre liking,” (457-58). One example of a sermon about his motto is the tale of the three rioters. This tale gives an ironic explanation related to the rioters deaths, due to greed and the pardoners practice of his profession, which is also driven by greed (Rossignol, 267). He tells the people what they would like to hear, so that he may pull them into his trap and later cheat them out of their .....

A Literary Analysis Of Jack Kerouac's On The Road
Number of words: 524 - Number of pages: 2.... is able to create a detailed portrait of every situation shows that he is a master in the use of imagery.
The main contributor to this imagery, however, is Kerouac's use of extensive, though necessary, detailed description. The magnitude of the imagery in this story could never have been attained without the use of the vivid details that brought every place and situation to life. Sal's experience in Mexico, for example, uses wide ranges of description to let the reader know just how Sal is feeling through everything that happens to him. This kind of description is showcased in ma .....

Number of words: 1610 - Number of pages: 6.... job on a nearby farm. The
two had been traveling together for quite some time now, which was very rare,
because most farm workers rarely have companions, but George and Lennie have
