It also taught me a lot about planning and time organization. I had to plan months in advance, and fill in every second of the day with activities to keep the students busy. I must discipline myself to keep my focus and maintain a positive outlook that is sometimes difficult in the life of a teenager. I determine my performance by my attitude. No one ever gets anywhere by being negative. I also make sure that I involve myself with people and an environment that will help me, instead of bring me down.
