Odysseus: Summary
After a long and exhausting struggle on the sea, Odysseus finally
reached the gorgeous shores of Cuba. The land was warm and consisted of
primarilly flat land (Lindop 3). The coastline was jagged and odd,
different from any other of the shores he had been to (Vazquez 15). After a
strenuous two hour walk he eventuallty reached Havana, the capitol of Cuba
(Vazquez 8). After Odysseus reached Havana, "the playground ot the Western
world, " he was tired, so he searched for a hotel to sleep in (Vazquez 8).
