Humbled By Nature’s Grandeur
Kayaking with Killer Whales made me see life in a completely different way. With my Dad, I visited an island called San Juan Island, somewhere off the coast of Canada and Washington. One day I went to the Whale Research Museum and was intrigued with the nature of the Orcas. I traveled all over the island looking for ways to interact with these astonishing creatures. To my surprise, I found a service that took you out on a kayak into the freezing ocean to paddle among the killer whales. The experience was beyond words.
