.... food to shut-ins. I have been involved in my youth group for 5 and a half years. Every Thanksgiving we take food to those that cannot get out and come to church. This service helps each person in the youth group to think of others and realize the fact that there are many unfortunate people in the community. During my eleventh grade year, I helped to get the FCA started. We have always had one for people to take pictures with, but we began to have meetings and devotions. Now the FCA meets every Friday after school. I feel that this has helped me to become a leader, and see how it is .....

.... I needed her. If I was slacking off and wasn't doing my homework she would encourage me and help to keep my spirits up. I appreciate what she has done for me and I love her very much. The thing that I have enjoyed the least about is knowing that it's almost over and I still don't have a clue what I want to be after I get out of high school. The whole thing kind of scares me. I've gone through four years of high school, completed all of my classes with fairly good grades, yet, I am trapped in this little hole, stuck here wondering what to do next. I worry about this subject often and pray .....

.... All-Star team for the first time. I did well for my intramural team, and my coach, Mr. Keubler, was also a coach for my travel team and All-Star team. He asked me to play for the travel team, called the Devlin Team and I accepted, always eager to play as much baseball as possible. I had a good season with the Devlin team that year, and my two coaches were Mr. Keubler and Mr. Seabright. They were also going to coach the All-Star team. At the end of my intramural season, All-Stars tryouts began. My coach, Mr. Keubler suggested that I try out for the team. That made me ecstatic, and I .....

.... for me. We were all laughing about it. My father said, "In the Philippines, eating with hands are their culture, you will never see this in Taiwan." In Taiwan, everybody use chopsticks to eat. Nobody will use spoon and folk to eat, because that's a kind of hard. Just like my first time used the spoon and folk. I doesn't know either to use my left hand to hold spoon or use my right hand. People have longer weekend than Taiwan. Both Sunday and Saturday are their weekend. In Taiwan, we can only have Sunday and half Saturday. For adults, they even only have Sunday to rest.
